As per academic council of institute meeting held in the principal office. Northern Institute of pharmacy & Research has constituted a Placement & Career Guidance Cell with the following team members to assist the students in their career planning and provides information that helps the students to give a direction to their aspirations and help them achieve their career goal.

Objectives

To give training to students on career related matters and help them in exploring new opportunities.
To arrange industrial visit and training for final year and pre final year students.
To Develop overall personality of students and make them employable in top employer of the industry.
To arrange various seminars/ lectures by experts / Career awareness programs etc to prepare the students for facing interviews.
To display various job advertisements in the college Notice Board published in employment news, opportunities and career columns in leading newspapers.
To place the maximum number of students through campus and off campus interviews conducted by the top notch companies.
To organize various types and levels of "Training Programs" like Group discussions, Mock interviews, experience sharing by eminent personalities, business communication skills and conduct model test for various types of aptitude tests.
